Kerry is a validating and engaging licensed therapist who is also a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness meditation teacher. Her calm strength is palpable in a room. She is passionate about teaching others how to incorporate more warmth and spaciousness into their human experience. Her open-ended, supportive, and non-judgmental counseling approach is strongly rooted in the mindfulness practice. Borrowing from principles of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Kerry creates a collaborative and safe environment in which clients can heal, integrate, and live in a value-oriented way. Her approach is particularly well aligned with individuals processing grief and life change as well as parents and couples seeking greater ease in their home lives.

Tara is a dedicated and compassionate counselor with over ten years of clinical experience treating both families and individuals of all ages. She is available to work with children ages 12 and up. Having worked in multiple treatment settings including outpatient, residential and the public school system, she is well versed in treating a variety of mental health conditions, relationship and life issues. Her educational background in psychology allows her to pull from a variety of empirically validated treatment strategies aimed at improving the quality of her clients’ lives.

Her commitment to fostering a non-judgmental space is a cornerstone of her approach. Currently advancing her expertise with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at The Citadel, Charlotte has already laid a strong foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston, complemented by a minor in Crime, Law, and Society.

Charlotte’s life coaching philosophy is grounded in an integrative approach, tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience. With valuable experience counseling college students, particularly at Charleston Southern University, Charlotte has honed her skills in addressing the unique challenges faced by young adults. Her interest in working with a wide range of age groups demonstrates her adaptability and commitment to supporting individuals at various life stages. Her calm and soothing demeaner also makes her great in her work with children.
