Dr. Maher provides individual psychotherapy for adults and older adults (65+) and has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, chronic pain, and anger. Dona has over 17 years of experience as a therapist working in both outpatient and hospital settings. "Taking the time to talk through one’s struggles can be empowering and the first step toward healing. I will value your time and concerns and give them the best I have to offer. I am passionate about my work and my desire to help people. I am confident that you will find me to be a great listener and a personable, compassionate, unbiased clinician. My approach to therapy is client centered and I utilize a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approach to help you achieve your goals. I am also well versed in crisis and trauma intervention and EMDR. Throughout my career I have specialized in working with teens, adults and families who are coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic health issues, relationship issues, caregiving, or grief/loss."  Donamaries is originally from Connecticut and is married with 3 children and two dogs named Trouble and Chaos. When not working to help people improve their lives, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and spending time with my family and friends. Donamarie is currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare and Aetna.


Joette is a licensed professional counselor with over twenty years of experience. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors and couples. She is certified in conflict resolution and mediation. Her clients describe her as warm, caring and approachable.
